Dr. Elene Chobanyan is a Signal Integrity Engineer at Compute Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She received the B.S. degree in physics and the M.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Tbilisi State University, Tbilisi, Georgia, and PhD. Degree in electrical and computer engineering from Colorado State University, USA. From 2006 to 2010 she worked in the R&D department at Electromagnetic Consulting and Software (EMCoS). As a member of EM Methods Development Department, she was primarily dealing with computational techniques such as Method of Moments (MoM), Method of Auxiliary Sources (MAS), Transmission Line Methods and Network Analysis. From 2010 to 2015 she has been working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University Electromagnetics Laboratory, where her research interests have been focused on Volume/Surface Integral Equation (VSIE) and Domain Decomposition Techniques. Her current research interests are in the area of high speed server design, PCB material characterization techniques, enclosure EMC/EMI and non-volatile and volatile memory subsystems. She is Hewlett Packard Enterprise primary voting member at PCI-SIG Electric Workgroup, a representative at IPC D24D standard and an active contributor at Gen-Z PHY workgroup.
