Seonguk Choi, Ph.D. Candidate, KAIST
Seonguk Choi received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Daejeon, South Korea, in 2020, where he is currently pursuing the MS degree. His field of research includes machine-learning based signal integrity (SI) design for 2.5-D/3-D ICs.
