Umair Khan, Signal Integrity Engineer, Intel
Umair Khan is a Signal Integrity engineer with a special focus on the Electromagnetic
(E&M) characteristics of all PCIe connector and cable form factors as it pertains to their
system board and module footprints, as well as link-level performance of serial I/O
channels. Umair has previously worked on post-silicon electrical validation path-finding
for serial I/O channels on system boards. He has a PhD in ECE (electrical and computer
engineering) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute(WPI)
