Keunwoo Kim, Graduate Student (PhD), KAIST
Keunwoo Kim received the B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2019 and 2021, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree from the electrical engineering. His current research interests include the reinforcement learning-based signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) design for 2.5-D/3-D ICs.
