Christian Kurzke has spent his career at the intersection of Enterprise and Embedded technology. Early on in his career, when HTTP was freshly invented in the mid 90'es, he created the first truly embedded Web Server (Later acquired by WindRiver Systems) laying the foundation for what we call today the "Internet of Things". In the 2000's Christian was instrumental in bringing the "Service Based" and "Component Based" compute paradigm from the Enterprise to the Embedded Space as lead of the Device Access Expert Group of the OSGi Standard. Throughout the 2010's Christian was at Google, bringing Android to TVs and Cars. After leaving his role as the Technical Program Manager for Android Auto, he started his own company in the Automotive Embedded and AI market. Today Christian consults OEMs and Suppliers in the Automotive Industry on topics ranging from embedded AI to next generation IVI systems. Christian holds a Masters Degree equivalent (Dipl. Inf. univ) in CS/EE from FAU University Erlangen, Germany and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
