Zhiguo Qian, Principle Engineer, Intel
Zhiguo Qian is a Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation. He has authored or coauthored more than 60 journal and conference articles. He holds more than 20 U.S. patents. His current research interests include signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) of 2.5-D and 3-D IC packaging, high-speed I/O systems, and computational electromagnetics. He received his Ph.D. in ECE from UIUC in 2009.
