Jinwook Song, Staff Engineer, Samsung Electronics

Jinwook Song received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. In 2018, he joined Samsung Electronics as a Staff Engineer, Hwaseong, South Korea, where has been involved in the Solid-State Drive (SSD) hardware design for signal and power integrity. His current research interests include system-level high-speed SerDes channel design of PCI Express Gen 5, 6, and above challenging the limits of speed for high-performance SSD product development.
