Feng Wu, SI/PI engineer, Sanechips/ZTE
Feng Wu(Hank) is senior expert of signal integrity and power integrity in Sanechips/ZTE microelectronics. His focus is high speed Serdes, DDR and power delivery network design in silicon, package and system. Before Sanechips, Hank worked in Intel, Renesas, Cisco and Nokia as SI/PI technical lead and principal engineer.? Hank got his bachelor and master degree from Tsinghua University.
