Geoff Zhang, Distinguished Engineer, AMD
Geoff Zhang received his Ph.D. in 1997 in microwave engineering and signal processing from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. Geoff joined AMD in February 2022. He is a Distinguished Engineer and Supervisor of Transceiver Architecture and Modeling Team, under SerDes Technology Group. Prior to joining AMD Geoff has employment experiences with Xilinx, HiSilicon, Huawei, LSI, Agere, Lucent, and Texas Instruments. His current interest is in transceiver architecture modeling and system level end-to-end simulation, both electrical and optical.
